So sorry I haven’t been on lately. I didn’t have a chance to do the last challenge, but today there is a new on, so go check it out!
I discovered something wonderful!!

I am really not a yogurt person, but this is delicious. If you’re following the old points system it’s about 3 points for the entire thing (a lot of food!) and it’s really good. I have a honey organic one from the same brand in the fridge right now.
If you are looking for a good snack (and it wasn’t costly for my wallet or my stomach) then this is a really good choice.
Will continue to check in more, I promise!

Unfortunately I’ve only been home for an hour, and have no actual pictured to show. I will try to get more up by Wednesday.
Since the challenge of the week was only up for a few days, I am extending it until next Monday.

Hello everyone!
So, I am making a few changes around here.

1. “50 Pounds Of Summer” is now “Inspired By Health”
2. I want this blog to be a little more interactive than it is right now. Community is important to weight loss.
I will be recording my progress weekly, and asking for advice/posting more often.
I’m not exactly sure what constitutes “thinspiration” so I’ll post about what is working for me, and will kindly ask for suggestions from my lovely followers.
I have new goals I would like to meet:
I would like to be at least 15 lbs lighter by the end of October
I would like to be at my goal weight of at least 50 lbs lighter by February.
This is getting serious now. My toe is healed, life is in full swing again, I’m tired of all the B.S.
I will also be initiating a “Weekly challenge” that all followers are welcome to participate in. There will be a page under the blog description where you can find this week’s challenge. The challenge will begin on Monday and run for a week. At the end of the week, I will be posting my achievement toward the goal, and all submissions are welcome.
Each week, starting Monday, I will be posting a weekly picture and how much I’ve lost that week, and then total.

- Gym Gym Jam? Exercise in unconventional manners, as well as gyms.
- Eat everything? What I found works in the house.
- Why am I doing this? What is keeping me on-track?
Gonna hit the gym tomorrow
I’m ready for this.
Now, if I can avoid smacking my toe against the weights we will be golden.
